Thank you for your support and participation in the 2010 North Florida Hotel & Lodging Association’s ROSE (Recognition of Service Excellence) Awards. ROSE Awards recognized the contributions of hospitality industry workers throughout Northeast Florida, the award program took place on Wednesday, February 3, 2010 at the Omni Jacksonville Hotel.

The mission of the ROSE Award is to recognize front line hospitality employees who exemplify excellent customer service. ROSE Award honorees are true industry champions for their companies and our region.
