Program Overview

Nominations are now being accepted for the fourth annual ROSE Awards. We encourage you to support and participate in the North Florida Hotel & Lodging Association's ROSE (Recognition of Service Excellence) Awards by nominating an outstanding employee for this distinguished honor. The ROSE Awards recognizes the contributions of hospitality industry workers throughout Northeast Florida, the award program will take place on Tuesday, February 21, 2012 at the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront. Nominations are due by January 26, 2012.

ROSE Award honorees are true industry champions for their companies and our region. We hope you will take the opportunity to recognize your employees who exemplify service excellence by nominating them for this prestigious award.

The mission of the ROSE Award is to recognize front line hospitality employees who exemplify excellent customer service. These industry champions, through one-on –one or behind-the-scenes contact, create an extraordinary visitor experience in Northeast Florida.
