Judging Criteria
The selection panel will judge your nominee's record of customer service excellence to determine how is truly an industry champion.

First Impression: Helpful attitude, welcoming, sincere smiles, professionalism, courtesy, confidence, customer centric, neat appearance.

Workplace Knowledge/Attitude: Complete knowledge of the company, its services and products, good attendance record, good working relationship with staff.

Knowledge of Northeast Florida: Awareness of shopping areas, restaurants, attractions, special events.

Meets or Exceeds Customer's Expectations: Delivers promptly what the customer asked for or is promised.

Last Impression: Helps create an extraordinary visitor experience, thanks customers, takes comments about service openly, invites the customer back.

Nomination Process
All nominations must include:
All information on nomination form including:

  • Brief biography of nominee (resume or work history is suitable)
  • Please answer the following questions on your nominee:
    • Being dependable is defined as trustworthy and reliable. How has this person instilled that confidence in you and why?
    • Describe an exact instance when your nominee has exemplified a commitment to providing outstanding customer service (testimonials from clients/guests are also encouraged)
